Aussie winemakers are renowned for their creative flair and confident intermingling of unique flavour combinations. Our wines encompass a spectrum of flavours and aromas from light and citrusy, cool climate Chardonnay to rich, ripe berry Shiraz. Australian wines are also greatly influenced by the unique characteristics of each region, for example the rich, red terra rossa base of the Coonawarra or the ancient loamy soils of the Barossa Valley. Each region imparts a particular flavour characteristic that can’t be recreated.
